Alias tables solve the problem of duplicate Accounts and Distributors for Commission Payment

Alias tables help filter commission dollars to the correct Account and to the right Distributor

Absolutely unique Alias function makes sure commission dollars flow to the correct account and on to the correct sales person. There are two tables we use; Accounts and Partners. This feature reads your import files; POS and commission statements, and "asks" if an account or distributor name is new or an alias. This helps to make sure your commission payments and your commission account is clean and accurate.

This screenshot shows IBM and three IBM aliases. This helps manufacturer's representatives and other multi-line sales teams import and enter commission data. Commission data will flow to correct company, in this case, IBM, even though your lines use different naming for IBM.
